As Thrive spans out internationally with our educational and vocational programs, we reach the lives of many diverse communities. In collaboration with Thrive, Savofair.com is able to share those stories on their web based community where viewers can get a better understanding of what the lives of students around the world is like.

 

 

 

Andrew J. Wild College

Andrew J. Wild College aims to provide a quality education to young people across Nepal, regardless of income. In fact, 70% of students at AJ Wild attend on scholarship. In collaboration with Thrive, AJ Wild has worked in some of the poorest communities around Kathmandu and developed a sustainable scholarship model for at risk youth.

Out There Productions is a company that seeks to help small businesses around the country by traveling to them in their Cool Bus. With all founders of both entities having spent their undergraduate years together at Syracuse University, OT Pros is one of Thrive’s first and oldest friends. As good friends OT Pros has helped Thrive grow to Thrive Nation and in return, OT Pros has been gifted its own S.P.A.R.K. System , which has followed them cross country, powering their mission to share the stories of others.

King’s College is one of the premier business and entrepreneurship colleges in Nepal. In the weeks leading up to the First International Conference on Social Entrepreneurship, Thrive worked closely with the dedicated faculty and innovative students at King’s Incubator lab. Together, we continue to grow support networks that cross continents.

 

 

 

The Climate Reality Project Nepal

The Climate Reality Project Nepal is a spin-off from former Vice President Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project. After becoming a climate reality leader, Executive Director Phurpa Lama began educating locals and advocating for policies that address climate change. Together with his team, Thrive co-hosted the very first Sustainable Solutions Workshop in Kathmandu this past July.
